Belinda Tennant
Director
Belinda enjoys the day-to-day challenges that investors don’t like, and developers don’t want to ever be part of. In her 30 + years’ experience in the real estate industry, she has worked as a property valuer with some of Australia’s largest valuation firms and has managed investment properties for investors as well as large portfolios for property developers locally and overseas.
With a Bachelor in Commerce (Land Economics) Belinda started in valuation before moving into property management in the government and commercial areas. In her 20s Belinda moved to the UK and quickly became a Director in a Winkworth branch working around Notting Hill and Kensington. She moved back to Australia in 2006 and undertook valuation and property management roles in Sydney and Darwin before establishing Thrive Property NT, bringing developers and interstate investors a personal and reliable property management service. She is a licensed real estate agent and member of the Real Estate Institute of Northern Territory and also has a Diploma of Business in Entrepreneurship.
Belinda loves the relaxed lifestyle and tropically influenced architecture in Darwin.
Nicole Hendry
Senior Property Manager
Nicole’s Real Estate journey in Property Management started in Broome in 2016. She then moved to Darwin in 2019 when she joined Thrive Property NT. Nicole loves the diverse & laid back lifestyle that Darwin has to offer, with its beautiful beaches and friendly locals.
With a Bachelor of Psychology from Curtin University under her belt, her skills transferred over to Property Management, engaging with clients on a daily basis.

Adelia Mu-Prasad
Business Development Manager & Sales
Adelia has 22 years’ experience working in sales, marketing and account management in Darwin, with five years directly in the real estate industry as a Residential Sales Consultant and NT Account Manager with Domain Group, the real estate portal.
Being a strategic thinker and results driven, Adelia enjoys problem solving to ensure the best solutions are found for her client’s needs. This is assisted by her depth of local knowledge and her professional and friendly work ethic.
