Belinda enjoys the day-to-day challenges that investors don’t like, and developers don’t want to ever be part of. In her 20 + years’ experience in the real estate industry, she has worked as a property valuer with some of Australia’s largest valuation firms and has managed investment properties for investors as well as large portfolios for property developers locally and overseas.
With a Bachelor in Commerce (Land Economics) Belinda started in valuation before moving into property management in the government and commercial areas. In her 20s Belinda moved to the UK and quickly became a Director in a Winkworth branch working around Notting Hill and Kensington. She moved back to Australia in 2006 and undertook valuation and property management roles in Sydney and Darwin before establishing Thrive Property NT, bringing developers and interstate investors a personal and reliable property management service. She is a licensed real estate agent and Certified Practising Valuer, member of the Australian Property Institute and the Real Estate Institute of Northern Territory and has recently completed a Diploma of Business in Entrepreneurship.
Darwin is home for Belinda, who loves the relaxed lifestyle and tropically influenced architecture.
