Belinda Tennant

Belinda enjoys the day-to-day challenges that investors don’t like, and developers don’t want to ever be part of. In her 20 + years’ experience in the real estate industry she has worked as a property valuer with some of Australia’s largest valuation firms and has managed investment properties for investors as well as large portfolios for property developers locally and overseas.

With a Bachelor in Commerce (Land Economics) Belinda started in valuation before moving into property management in the government and commercial areas. In her 20s Belinda moved to the UK and quickly became a Director in a Winkworth branch working around Notting Hill and Kensington. Belinda moved back to Australia in 2006 and undertook valuation and property management roles in Sydney and Darwin before establishing Thrive Property NT, bringing developers and interstate investors a personal and reliable property management service.

Darwin is home for Belinda, who loves the relaxed lifestyle and tropically influenced architecture. She is a licensed real estate agent and Certified Practising Valuer, member of Australian Property Institute and the Real Estate Institute of Northern Territory and has recently completed a Diploma of Business in Entrepreneurship.

over 15 years.

Kates vast experience has developed from working for Stockland in the finance sector and land development, Barard Management as a Body Corporate Manager and other Team Support and Property Manager positions. Kate is known for developing quality working relationships with her clientele and building relationships based on respect, integrity, and trust.

In January 2018, Kate’s eldest child completed school and headed off to the Australian Army. This left the opportunity for Kate, her husband and daughter to travel Australia. Over a 6 month period Kate and Co have ventured through most of NSW, a small portion of Victoria, SA and up through the centre of Australia all the way to Darwin.

As the common story goes…they fell in love and are enjoying Darwin and all it has to offer which was lucky for us. Kate often says how much she enjoys working at Thrive Property and recently sent me this email:

“It is always a pleasure to come to work each day with your up-to-date equipment, innovative systems and the professionalism within the Team is such a delight. I enjoy my role and love meeting and greeting our Clients with a smile.”
